Sinningia richii ‘Robson Lopes’, 2009, IR091117, Mauro Peixoto, Brazil. A naturally occurring variety of S. richii named in honor of the discoverer. First flowered in cultivation Feb. 10, 2009. Fertile and comes true from seed. Tuberous, basal rosette. Leaves green, 20 cm long x 10 cm wide with 6 mm petiole, ovate with crenate margin, rounded tip and cuneate base, Calyx green, 1 cm long, pedicel 9 cm with 2 flowers per leaf axil. Corolla salverform, 5 cm long x 2.5 cm wide, yellow.
