Primulina ‘GCCC’s Pink Cyclone’, 2021, IR211680, hybridized by Fang Wen, Yi-Gang Wei; Guangxi Institute of Botany; Guilin, China. (P. lungzhouensis x P. medica). Cross made 04.26.2018, seeds planted 09.20.2018, first flowering 04.07.2020. Sterile, reproducible only vegetatively. Basal rosette, stem 1-4 cm. Leaves green, 9-12 cm long, 6-9 cm wide, 4-5 cm petiole, ovate with cuneate base, acute tip, crenate margin, smooth. Calyx split, pale green to green ca. 10 mm. Length of the pedicel 1.0-1.5 cm, usually more than 20 flowers per axil. Corolla salverform, ca. 3.5 cm long, ca. 2.5 cm wide, Pink, throat dark pink, and three lobes of the lower lip with purplish pink stripes. Medium to large plant size. Prefers bright scattered natural light; moist but well-drained & calcium-rich substrate (equal to PH ≥7.0); don’t overfertilize and overwater.
