Primulina ‘GCCC’s Purple Long-Neck Swan’, 2021, IR211683, hybridized by Fang Wen, Yi-Gang Wei; Guangxi Institute of Botany; Guilin, China. (P. tribracteata x P. glandaceistriata). Cross made 04.10.2018, seeds planted 09.20.2018, first flowering 04.15.2020. Sterile, reproducible only vegetatively. Basal rosette, stem 2-5 cm. Leaves green, there are obvious white veins in young leaves, white veins usually fading after growing up, ca.12 cm long, 5-6.5 cm wide, 4-6 cm petiole, elliptic with cuneate base, acute tip, serrate margin, smooth. Calyx split, green, ca. 10 mm. Length of the pedicel 2.5-3 cm, 10-20 flowers per axil. Corolla salverform, 3.5-4 cm long, 2-2.6 cm wide, pinkish purple with yellow stripes at throat. Medium to large plant size. Prefers bright scattered natural light; moist but well-drained & calcium-rich substrate (equal to PH ≥7.0); don’t overfertilize and overwater.
