Primulina ‘GCCC’s Purple Palace’, 2021, IR211684, hybridized by Fang Wen, Yi-Gang Wei; Guangxi Institute of Botany; Guilin, China. (P. tribracteata x P. cerina). Cross made 04.10.2018, seeds planted 09.20.2018, first flowering 04.15.2020. Sterile, reproducible only vegetatively. Basal rosette, stem ca. 1 cm. Leaves green, with greenish-white to white veins, ca.5 cm long, ca. 4 cm wide, 3-4 cm petiole, orbicular with cuneate base, rounded tip, crenate margin, smooth. Calyx split, green, 3-4 mm. Length of the pedicel 1-1.5 cm, 10-16 flowers per axil. Corolla salverform, ca. 1.5 cm long, ca. 1 cm wide, pinkish purple with brownish stripes at throat. Small plant size. Prefers bright scattered natural light; moist but well-drained & calcium-rich substrate (equal to PH ≥7.0); don’t overfertilize and overwater.
