Primulina ‘Slim and Graceful’, 2021, IR211603, hybridized by Haixia Yan, Shikai Guan, Qian Song, Dayan Tao, Flower Research Institute of Guangxi Academy of Agricultural Sciences, Nanning, China. (P. liujiangensis x P. pseudoeburnea). Cross made 05.24.2019, seeds planted 07.06.2019, first flowering 03.31.2021. Sterile, reproducible only vegetatively. Basal rosette, acaulescent. Leaves dark green, 11.8-14.2 cm long, 7.7- 9.9 cm wide, 5.3-7.7 cm petiole, elliptic, with cuneate base, acute tip, serrate margin, hairy. Calyx split, brown, 1.5-2.0 cm. Length of the pedicel 1.3-1.9 cm, 10-20 flowers per axil. Corolla salverform, 4.3-4.6 cm long x 1.2-1.4 cm wide, purple. The plants require bright scattered sunlight,but do not tolerate stronger sunlight. Waterlogging is to be avoided.
