Primulina ‘Yan’s Pink Beauty’, 2021, IR211599, hybridized by Haixia Yan, Shikai Guan, Qian Song, Dayan Tao, Flower Research Institute of Guangxi Academy of Agricultural Sciences, Nanning, China. (P. macrorhiza x P. lungzhouensis). Cross made 04.05.2019, seeds planted 05.07.2019, first flowering 03.01.2021. Sterile, reproducible only vegetatively. Basal rosette, acaulescent. Leaves green, 8.0-8.9 cm long, 5.4-7.1 cm wide, 3.8-6.0 cm petiole, ovate, with cuneate base, acute tip, serrate margin, hairy. Calyx split, light green to light brown, 1.1-1.2 cm. Length of the pedicel 1.2-2.5 cm, 6-10 flowers per axil. Corolla salverform, 6.1-6.5 cm long x 1.6-1.7 cm wide, pink purple. The plants require strong but indirect light and high air humidity. They will not withstand waterlogging.
