Primulina ‘Zhou’s Summer Trace’, 2021, IR211659, hybridized by Fang Wen, Wei-Chuen Chou; Guangxi Institute of Botany; Guilin, China. (P. guizhongensis  x  P. spiradiclioides). Cross made 09.29.2019, seeds planted 11.11.2019, first flowering 09.12.2020. Sterile, reproducible only vegetatively. Basal rosette, stem ca. 1.5 cm. Leaves yellowish green with whitish main and lateral veins forming unsharp pattern, 4-6 cm long, 2.5-4 cm wide, 1-1.5 cm petiole, elliptic with cuneate base, rounded tip, crenate margin, hairy. Calyx split, green, ca. 6 mm. Length of the pedicel 1-1.5 cm, 2-3 flowers per axil. Corolla salverform, 3.5-4.0 cm long, ca. 3.0 cm wide, bright purple with whitish purple corolla tube. Small plant size. Prefers bright scattered natural light; moist but well-drained & calcium-rich substrate (equal to PH ≥7.0); don’t overfertilize and overwater
