Primulina ‘Kong’s Calf Love’, 2022, IR221762, hybridized by Ling-Pu Kong, Nanchang, China. (P. liujiangensis × P. tenuituba). Cross made 05.06.2021, seeds planted 08.05.2021, first flowering 07.04.2022. Sterile, reproducible only vegetatively. Basal rosette, stem ca. 2 cm. Leaves light green with silvery veins, 5-6.5 cm long, 4-5 cm wide, 1-2 cm petiole, ovate with cordate base, rounded tip, crenate margin, hairy. Calyx split, green, ca. 10 mm. Length of the pedicel 1-2 cm, 1-3 flowers per axil. Corolla salverform, 3.0-3.5 cm long corolla, 2.0-2.5 cm orifice, light blue. Corolla tube white, throat pale purple with two yellow stripes. It prefers bright scattered natural light in the temperature range of 0-35℃, moist but well-drained substrate.
