Sinningia ‘Josephine B.’, 2021, IR211552, hybridized by Alcie Maxwell, LA, USA, Margery Anderson-Clive, Portugal. (S. ‘Clara Louise’ x S. ‘Owlsee Red Hot’). Cross made 07.20.2014, seeds planted 09.02.2014, first flowering 06.25.2015. Fertile. Reproducible only vegetatively. Upright habit, stem length 7-10 inch. Leaves medium to dark green with red veins, 4.5 inch long, 3.25 inch wide, 1.75 inch petiole, ovate, with cordate base, acute tip, crenate margin, smooth. Calyx fused, green 0.25 inch. Length of the pedicel 3.25 inch, 2 flowers per axil. Corolla salverform, calyx double, 1.5 inch long, 1.75 inch wide, rose tube, pink face, rose edged, heavily spotted/veined dark purple with white throat.
