Primulina ‘Pink Gabriel’

Primulina ‘Pink Gabriel‘, 2023, IR231896, hybridized by Qian Song, Haixia Yan, Dayan Tao, Jinye Zhou; Guangxi Academy of Agricultural Sciences; Nanning, China. ((P. guizhongensis   x  P. leprosa) x P. pungentisepala). Cross made 03.10.2020, seeds planted 04.08.2020, first flowering 10.20.2022. Sterile, reproducible only vegetatively. Basal rosette, acaulescent. Leaves green with white veins, 7.2-10.8 cm long, 2.8-4.3 cm wide, 2.5-5.1 cm petiole, elliptic with acute tip, cuneate base, serrate margin, hairy. Calyx split, green, 5-9 mm. Length of the pedicel 1.2-1.7 cm, 8-10 flowers per axil. Corolla salverform, 1.9-2.2 cm long, 0.9-1.0 cm wide, light violet. Needs bright scattered light. Avoid waterlogging. The medium must be loose.
