Changes of Address – Send changes of address to the Membership Secretary at least 90 days prior to moving to avoid missing an issue. The Society is not responsible for replacing issues missed because of late notification of address changes.

Renewals – Send dues to the Membership Secretary. A Renewal Notice is sent two months prior to the expiration date of your membership. Please remit your dues, in US funds, prior to the expiration date to avoid missing an issue, as we are not responsible for replacing issues missed because of late payment of dues. The expiration date of your membership is printed on the mailing form inserted with each delivery of Gesneriads. Green delivery members will be notified by email of the membership expiration date.

Replacement Policy – A member who receives a severely damaged copy of the journal Gesneriads or who does not receive his or her issue should contact the Membership Secretary. In both instances, complaints should be registered with the member’s local post office and carrier, so that a follow up investigation can be made by the Society’s Business Manager. Missing or back issues may be ordered from the Society Shop.
