Primulina (Chirita) ‘Nimbus’

Primulina ‘ Nimbus’. 2005, IR05920, Peter Shalit, WA. (P. spadiciformis x P. sclerophylla). Cross made 2003, planted July 2003 and first flowered Mar. 2004. Reproducible only vegetatively. Open rosette. Leaves two-toned, margin medium green (RHS 138A), center (RHS 138D), 130 mm long x 75 mm wide, with 40 mm petiole, elliptic with acute tip and cuneate base. Calyx green, 6 mm long, pedicel 25-35 mm with 3-5 flowers per peduncle. Corolla salverform, 44 mm long x 28 mm wide, pale blue lavender (RHS 82C).
