Primulina ‘Pink Beauty’, 2018, IR181414, registered by Hui Xu, Wen-Jun Lv, Sheng Huang; Wu Han, China. (P. yunfuensis x P. sp.). Cross made 05.26.2016, seeds planted 09.27.2016, first flowered 06.01.2017. Reproducible only vegetatively. Basal rosette. Dark green leaves, 8.0-10.0 cm long, 7.5-9.0 cm wide with 2.5-3.0 cm petiole, ovate with cuneate base, crenate margin and rounded tip, hairy. Calyx green, densely puberulent, 1.0-1.1 cm long. Pedicel 7.0-7.5 cm long with 20 flowers per axil. Corolla salverform, 4.5-5.2 cm long x 2.7-3.2 cm wide, pink. Leaves turn purple-red when temperature is below 5C. Suitable to grow in a scattered light environment, light intensity 10000-20000 lx, the temperature range 0-40℃, the optimum growth temperature is 15-28℃.
