Primulina ‘Yuyan’, 2019, IR191464, hybridized by Hai-xia Yan, Da-yan Tao, Jing-zhou He, Jin-ye Zhou; Nanning, China. (P. liujiangensis (D. Fang & D.H. Qin) Yan Liu x P. glandaceistriata X.X.Zhu, F.Wen & H.Sun). Cross made 05.02.2017, seeds planted 06.27.2017, first flowered 04.20.2019. Sterile. Reproducible only vegetatively. Basal rosette. Leaves green, 5.5-13.1 cm long, 3.7-9.9 cm wide, 2.3-4.4 cm long petiole, ovate with cuneate base, crenate margin and acute tip, hairy. Calyx spit, green, 0.8-0.9 cm long. Pedicel 1.4-1.7 cm long with 5-6 flowers per axil. Corolla salverform, 4.1-4.9 cm long x 1.1-1.3 cm wide. Corolla purplish. Easy grower, prefers bright scattered natural light, moist but well-drained substrate, temperature range is 0-37℃.
