Sinningia ‘Fernwood’s Willy Boy’, 2011, IR111185, Lee Stradley, NY. (S. ‘Black Light’ x self). Cross made Sept. 2010, planted Nov. 2010 and first flowered Dec. 2011. Fertile but reproducible only vegetatively. Tuberous,upright miniature rosette. Leaves dark green, 2.25 in. long x 2.5 in. wide, orbicular with crenate margin, rounded tip and cordate base. Calyx split, green, 0.125 in. long. Pedicel 2 in. tall with 4 flowers per leaf axil. Corolla single to double, salverform, 1 in. long x 0.875 in. wide, pale purple margin, deeper purple center with some purple spotting in yellow throat.
