Sinningia ‘Peridots Pekoe Page’, 2023, IR231897, hybridized by Iain James, Victoria, British Columbia, Canada. (S. ‘Peridots Patchwork Quilt’ x S. ‘Peridots Pink Pipettes’). Cross made 02.2019, seeds planted 05.2020, first flowering 11.2020. Fertile, reproducible only vegetatively. Basal rosette, stem length 20cm. Leaves light yellow brown (RHS 163B) shading into brown green (RHS 152B), 14 cm long, 9 cm wide, 6 cm petiole, ovate with rounded tip, cordate base, entire margin, bullate. Calyx fused, red (RHS 45A), 10 mm. Length of the pedicel 6 cm, 6-8 flowers per axil. Corolla double calyx, salverform, 5 cm long, 2.5 cm wide, red (RHS45A) shading into orange red (RHS 41B) suffused with orange red (RHS 37A). Unique variegated and double flowered cultivar exhibiting distinctive flower and foliage color combinations.
