Streptocarpus ‘Annabell’

Streptocarpus ‘Annabell’, 2009, IR091108, Annabell Thomas, UK. (parents unknown). Cross planted Feb. 2005, first flowered mar. 2006. Fertile but reproducible only vegetatively. Rosette. Leaves medium green, 6 in. long x 2 ½ in. wide, oblong with crenate margin, acute tip and cuneate base. Calyx fused, green, ¼ in. long. 6 in. peduncle with 3-8 flowers. Corolla salveform, 1 ¼ in. long x 1 ½ in. wide, pale pink with darker pink stripes and veining. Available from British Streptocarpus Society.
