Streptocarpus ’Deanie’s Raspberry Frost’. 2004, IR04891, E. Underhill, CAN. (‘Bristol’s Tie Dyed’ x ‘Madonna’). Cross made June 30, 2000, planted Aug. 25, 2000 and first flowered Mar. 22, 2001. Fertile but repro­ducible only vegetatively. Compact rosette. Leaves medium green, 5 ½ in. long x 3 in. wide, ovate with undulate margin, acute tip and cuneate base. Calyx split, brown, ¼ in. long, 2 flowers per peduncle. Corolla salverform, 1 7/8 in. long x 2 in. wide, raspberry red with frosted upper petals. Available from hybridizer.
