Kohleria ‘OZ’s Simay’

Kohleria ‘OZ’s Simay’, 2021, IR211569, hybridized by Ozgul Ildirim, Turkey. (K. ‘Ni’s Pippi Longstrump’ x K. ‘Ni’s Mitzie’). Cross made 04.2019, seeds planted 06.2019, first flowering 04.03.2020. Reproducible only vegetatively. Upright habit. Stem length 35 cm. Leaves dark green with blackish veining, 12 cm long, 7.5 cm wide, 3 cm petiole, ovate, with cuneate base, acuminate tip, crenate margin, hairy. Calyx split, green 6 mm. Length of the pedicel 8cm. 8 flowers per axil. Corolla salverform, 3 cm long x 3.5 cm wide, upper 2 lobes are bright raspberry with darker dots, lower lobes are pinkish ivory with dark raspberry dots. Outside of the tube is deep pink.
