Primulina ‘Autumn Wild Goose’

Primulina ‘Autumn Wild Goose’, 2021, IR211628, hybridized by Yuyang Lei, Haixia Yan, Dayan Tao, Kai Li, Shikai Guan; Guangxi Academy of Agricultural Sciences, Nanning, China. (P. papillosa x P. guigangensis). Cross made 11.11.2020, seeds planted 01.15.2021, first flowering 07.15.2021. Sterile, reproducible only vegetatively. Basal rosette, acaulescent. Leaves green, 4.0-4.4 cm long, 2.7-3.4 cm wide, 1.1-2.0 cm petiole, elliptic to ovate with cuneate base, acute tip, crenate margin, hairy. Calyx split, brown, 0.6-0.8 cm. Length of the pedicel 2.4-2.8 cm, 2 flowers per axil. Corolla salverform, 3.8-4.0 cm long x 1-1.3 cm wide, purplish. It needs sufficient light and water supply (avoid waterlogging).
