Primulina ‘Angel’s Eyes’, 2021, IR211619, registered by Kong Ling-Pu, Ye Chuan, Liang Zhen-Long, Chen Chao; Jiangxi Institute of Sericulture and Tea, Nanchang, China. Mutation of Primulina lutea. First flowering 07.06.2021. Fertile, but reproducible only vegetatively. Basal rosette, dark green leaves 8-16 cm long, 7-15 cm wide with 5-14 cm petiole. Ovate to orbicular with entire margin, cuneate base and acute tip, hairy. Peduncle 10-30cm. Bracteoles 1-2, conspicuous, white green, shelly. Calyx split, white, 8-15 mm long. Pedicel 1-2cm with 5-10 flowers per axil. Corolla salverform, 3.5-4.5 cm long, 1.2-1.5 cm orifice, yellow. Corolla outside densely glandular villous, calyx linear-lanceolate, white. It prefers bright scattered natural light in the temperature range of 0-40℃, moist but well-drained substrate.
