Primulina ‘Golden Fireworks’, 2021, IR211630, hybridized by Haixia Yan, Dayan Tao, Shikai Guan, Jinye Zhou; Guangxi Academy of Agricultural Sciences, Nanning, China. (P. lutea x P. spadiciformis). Cross made 07.15.2019, seeds planted 08.20.2019, first flowering 06.25.2021. Sterile, reproducible only vegetatively. Basal rosette, acaulescent. Leaves green, 9.4-11.8 cm long, 4.3-5.9 cm wide, 8.5-11.4 cm petiole, elliptic with cuneate base, acute tip, entire margin, hairy. Calyx split, green, 0.8-1.1 cm. Length of the pedicel 1.5-1.9 cm, 4 flowers per axil. Corolla salverform, 3.8-4.4 cm long x 1.0-1.2 cm wide, yellow. The plants require bright indirect light. They are tolerant to drought. The medium must be loose, not heavy. Avoid waterlogging.
