Primulina ‘WZY’s Jubilation’

Primulina ‘WZY’s Jubilation’, 2021, IR211665, hybridized by Yi-Gang Wei, Zi-Yu Wei, Fang Wen; Guangxi Institute of Botany; Guilin, China. (P. pseudolinearifolia x P. danxiaensis). Cross made 04.09.2019, seeds planted 09.17.2019, first flowering 04.10.2021. Sterile, reproducible only vegetatively. Basal rosette, stem 1-2 cm or longer. Leaves pale green to green, ca. 7 cm long, 2.5-3.5 cm wide, 2-5 cm petiole, elliptic with cuneate base, acute tip, serrate margin, hairy. Calyx split, pale green to green, ca. 8 mm. Length of the pedicel 1-1.5 cm, 5-10 flowers per axil. Corolla salverform, ca. 2 cm long, ca. 1.1 cm wide, pale pink with pale yellow shading. Small plant size. Prefers bright scattered natural light; moist but well-drained & calcium-rich substrate (equal to PH ≥7.0); don’t overfertilize and overwater.
