Achimenes ‘SRG’s Tamara Khorkina’

Achimenes ‘SRG’s Tamara Khorkina’ 2022, IR221802, hybridized by Serge Saliba, Bucharest, Romania. (A. HS-031-2009 x A. HS-020-2008). Cross made 05.2010, seeds planted 01.2011, first flowering 07.2011. Sterile, reproducible only vegetatively. Erect to trailing habit, stem length 13 cm. Leaves green, 4 cm long, 3 cm wide, 2 cm petiole, ovate, acute tip, cuneate base, serrate margin. Calyx split, green, length 4 mm, length of the pedicel 1.5 cm, 3 flowers per axil. Corolla salverform, double, 3 cm long, 4.5 cm wide, white and pink with lightly embossed petals. Perky heavily blooming mini Achimenes very suitable for outdoor growing even in a direct sunlight.
