2015 Convention-One Day Pass

The Convention Committee is pleased this year to be able to offer another option for gesneriad enthusiasts to attend The Gesneriad Society Convention in Oakland, California, whether or not they are members of The Gesneriad Society. If you have limited time and are not able to attend all the convention activities, we now have an option for you to sign up for a one-day pass that will allow you to participate in convention activities for just one of three days:

• Thursday, July 2, includes the afternoon student presentations and two lectures, and evening plant sales (after 9:30 p.m.);

• Friday, July 3, includes plant sales, one mini-program, and the opening of the flower show;

• Saturday, July 4, includes two lectures, the flower show, final plant sales, and the live auction.

Optional attendance at one meal is available on each day for an extra charge.  Other options are available for you to obtain the 2016 Gesneriad Calendar, order the Convention DVD, etc. During your convention visit, we hope you attend the informative lectures as well as make time to talk with other gesneriad growers, while enjoying the flower show and/or plant sale, or at one of the meals where conversation is nearly always about gesneriads.
